How much does it cost?
We have many different packages that range in price from $5-$49/month. Check out our Packages page to see which package is best for you.

What features are included?
Go to our Packages page and you can view all the different options we have available. For further information on the features included in each package, visit our Features link and review which features are included in each of our packages.

How much set-up time is required?
We know that your time is precious.  Other software applications take days or even weeks to set up. With the Childcare Wizard, you can turn on and off the features as you have time to set them up. To make the process easier and quicker for you, we have included pre-written content options in almost every feature that you can use “as is” or edit to fit your center or home perfectly.

When will my product be available?
As soon as you sign up, you will receive the information required to access your Provider Control Panel. If you have purchased a website, your site will be placed on a temporary domain for you to begin modifying. Once you have chosen a domain, our domain services team will make the necessary changes to make your site live. This process can take anywhere form 24-72 hours. However, please allow anywhere up to 10 business days for your website to made live.

When can I start using the software tools?
As soon as you submit your order you will receive a username and password so that you can access your Provider Control Panel.

How do I add photos?
Our system was set-up with simplicity in mind. Our program does not require any prior experience. All you need to do is access the Photo Gallery from your Provider Control Panel, click the “browse” button, search for the image file that you want and click “upload”. It's that simple! If you have any problems you can call our friendly staff and we will be happy to walk you through the process.

Can I change my website theme?
We have given you complete control of your website. You will be able to access your Provider Control Panel anytime 24/7. To change your theme you simply pick the design that you like, choose the color scheme, click “launch” and your design theme will change instantly!

What if I already own my domain name?
No problem. Just call our friendly staff and we will take care of the transfer for you for a nominal charge. Our toll free number is: 1-800-831-6730 ext. 103.
